Had a new furnace and air conditioner installed last Thursday. After they left for some reason the furnace was not coming on. I called today, and within a few hours, Jackson one of the technicians came out, found the problem and fixed it. Jackson was very nice, polite and reassured me that everything was running smoothly. I’d like to add that the installers Harold, Shane, and another gentleman that came out last Thursday, did a great job, cleaned up everything before they left.

We have been a customer of MVHA for many years. Every employee we've met has been friendy and very helpful. On this occassion, Jackson was very helpful explaining our options to fix a filltration problem. While talking to Jackson I could tell that he enjoys his work and sharing helpful information.

I had a mini-split put into my sunroom this week by Maumee Valley. They did an excellent job! The installation crew was great. They kept me informed as the process unfolded and the way the equipment was installed was amazing. No visible pipes or wires inside the house, and the outside connections were hidden behind a casing the blended into the outside of the house very well. The crew was on time, respectful of both me and my property. I love the final outcome and would highly recommend them to anyone. There was a hiccup at the end of the first day - the wrong unit was installed. While this was bothersome, it didn't overshadow the end result. I would highly recommend Maumee Valley.

I can't say enough wonderful things about Maumee Valley Heating and Air Conditioning! When I called a human actually answered (can you believe that other HVAC companies use AI to answer their phones to make you think that there's a human being on the other end?) and they were able to get someone to my house quickly. When Jeff and Jackson (technicians) arrived, they were pleasant and concerned about my issue. They listened attentively and worked diligently to resolve my concerns. Both technicians wore shoe booties to ensure that my carpets were protected. Finally, they answered all of my questions before leaving my home neat and tidy. I have no problem giving this five star review and hope that you might give them a call for your HVAC needs.
