Jennifer BeckOctober 9, 2026I can't say enough wonderful things about Maumee Valley Heating and Air Conditioning! When I called a human actually answered (can you believe that other HVAC companies use AI to answer their phones to make you think that there's a human being on the other end?) and they were able to get someone to my house quickly. When Jeff and Jackson (technicians) arrived, they were pleasant and concerned about my issue. They listened attentively and worked diligently to resolve my concerns. Both technicians wore shoe booties to ensure that my carpets were protected. Finally, they answered all of my questions before leaving my home neat and tidy. I have no problem giving this five star review and hope that you might give them a call for your HVAC needs.Posted on Google

Tracy MeyerhoferSeptember 29, 2026Maumee Valley Heating has been out to my home several times and have provided professional and customer focused service. They consistently arrive on time, work quickly, and clean up well. At the end of the visit I received a full update and helpful suggestions for my house humidity. The technician was great - he listened to my concerns, was very personable and I would definitely have him return to my home again. Very pleased and have signed up for their annual maintenance contract which I feel was priced well and comprehensive. Five stars! I also have called the office on different occasions and I appreciate the friendly, helpful receptionist. She definitely is there for the customers and is helpful and professional! Also five stars!Posted on Google

Anita GeraceSeptember 25, 2026We have used Maumee Valley Heating and Air Conditioning for around 20 years, for maintenance on our heating and cooling systems, and have always been fully satisfied! Unfortunately nothing lives forever! While Brad was conducting the annual maintenance, he diagnosed a few issues, and suggested replacements. Shane and Josh did an amazing job installing all the new equipment! All at MVH&A, are friendly and courteous and make you feel very comfortable. They are also very knowledgeable and trustworthy. We would highly recommend using Maumee Valley Heating and Air to anyone!!Posted on Google
Nick MelchertSeptember 23, 2026Maumee Valley Heating and Air Conditioning replaced our 20 year old furnace and air conditioning units. It was late summer/early fall, so we were able to have them out within a week. The work crew showed up on time in three vans. The job was completed the same day. Once installed, I made out a check for the quoted amount for the job. The lead installer came back to my door and advised that since I was paying by check, they would give me a discount for not using a credit card. I wrote out a new check for the lesser amount and thanked them. Needless to say we were very satisfied with the service - they did an excellent job.Posted on Google
